do you provide boarding services? What about grooming services?

Dog Walking & Pet Sitting is what we do best! As of the date you're reading this, Heads & Tails does not provide Boarding or Grooming services. 

What methods of payment can i use?

Payments online via all major Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo, or PayPal 

Do you have a cancelLation policy?

Yes, a very relaxed one. If notice of cancellation is given before 8:00am on the day of your scheduled visit, don't worry, you're in the clear and you will not be charged for your visit. 

Do you operate on holidays?

We sure do!

do you offer group walks?

We strive to provide an individualized service, so we do not walk your dog with any other client's dogs, but if you have multiple dogs, we will walk them all together. 

do you pick up dog poop?

Of course.

Do you charge extra for multiple household animals?

We do not charge an additional fee for 2 household pets. We charge $3 for each additional pet after 2. 

do I have to pay a sales tax for dog walking/sitting?

In Texas, dog walking and pet sitting is a tax exempt service. Meaning you will not be charged a sales tax. 

What are your normal hours of operation? Can I schedule a visit at ____?

Dog Walking:

Our normal hours of operation for dog walking services: 8:00am - 5:00pm (last scheduled visit during normal hours begins at 5:00pm). 

We also offer extended hours for our dog walking service, but it is subject to availability and not offered as a regular, recurring service: 6:00am to 7:30am and 6:30pm - 9:30pm (last scheduled visit during extended hours is 9:30pm) add $5 to any scheduled service.

Pet Sitting:

Our normal hours of operation for pet sitting services: 7:30am - 8:00pm

Can i get my first walk for free?

Sure, if you sign up for weekly, ongoing walks we'd love to make your first walk free. Most people don't read this far, so we'd love to hear if you did!
